When you eat the musaka and you tasted something like cinnamon it is actually nutmeg that we grind inside the cream...béchamel . All dishes with bechamel include nutmeg in Greece.

Το κανονικο σουβλακι, ΔΕΝ εχει τηγανητες πατατες μεσα, εχει ΜΑΙΝΤΑΝΟ, που ΔΕΝ τον βαζουν μεσα πια, αλλα ο μαιντανος μπαινει στο σουβλακι, επειδη το κρεας και το τζατζικι ειναι .......κατι ....παχυ στην γευση, οποτε ο μαιντανος και η ντοματα ξεκουραζουν την γευση. Οι νεοι στην Ελλαδα, δεν θελουν τον μαιντανο, κι ετσι τον αλλαξαν με τις ......πατατες. Δεν ειναι σωστο !!!!!!!

Peanut Island is worth a visit anytime. Weekends can be a challenge with local families enjoying the weekends. So i would reccommend if possible to visit M-F. I live locally but stay away in season. And yes the kennedy bomb shelter is still there...
